If I were to sum up this sweet couple in one word, it would be adventurous. Matt and Brittany have traveled abroad, they’ve hiked, climbed and camped all across the U.S., they’ve even jumped out of a airplane side-by-side! These two are hungry for adventure and aren’t afraid to take risks. They moved 1000 miles away from family after graduating from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) and have been inseparable ever since - even as Brit worked fearlessly through medical school, earning her doctorate weeks before the wedding. I'm telling you, these people ROCK.
These two tied the knot at White Pines State Park in Mount Morris, Illinois on Saturday June 10th, 2017. It was a perfect summer day complete with dreamy forest views and of course lots of love. Brittany was a total woodland queen in her strapless fitted lace gown which she styled with a fur wrap and stone broach. Before their first look these two chatted over walkie talkies as they got ready in separate cabins, complete with lingo and code names for each other! Total cuteness.
My favorite part of their day (besides Brit’s killer smile – seriously it’s contagious) was their dance party at the reception. These two love to celebrate, and their dance floor was packed all night long - I could barely squeeze in with my camera!
Not only do these two know how to laugh and have fun, but they also know how to love others hard. Family and friends mean everything to them, and these two are lucky to have such sweet support behind their marriage. Brit and Matt, your love is destined and I’m so thankful to have been part of your best day ever. I could go on and on, but I think I’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking. Congratulations lovebirds!
