Morgan and Josh's Wabash Wedding

Hi, friends! I’m so excited to share Morgan and Josh’s wedding with you today, and I’m even MORE excited to be writing my first ever blog post on my new website! First off, thank you for visiting. I’m so thrilled and humbled that you’re here. My emotions are a mix of giddy and terrified to hit “publish” (will anyone even read this? Am I doing this right??) But we’ll forget those hesitancies and get back to the reason you’re here - to swoon over Morgan and Josh’s special day!

I always love shooting at new locations, so when I was offered the opportunity to second shoot this wedding alongside my girlboss friend Kayla, I was thrilled to say the least. Wabash College campus is undeniably stunning. Surrounded by brick buildings and pretty lawns, exploring the grounds made me feel like I was in college all over again!

Morgan got ready in their family’s Victorian home on campus. With its stained glass windows, wraparound porch, and old charm, the house was absolutely enchanting and comfortable to start off the day. Morgan was a dream in her fitted lace gown, and the couple’s first look had me shedding more than a few tears.

Guys, Morgan and Josh are two of the sweetest people. If I could avoid ranting by summing up their wedding in a few words, it would be: intimate, romantic, classic. The gathering was small, only closest family and friends were invited, which added a certain warm familiarity to the day. It rained on our parade, but it was the prettiest rainy day ever. Morgan and Josh, CONGRATS, and thank you for being such a JOY to work with!
